Lighting Update - Almost There

Of course, it rained when the new lights were switched on at night for the first time.

The installation of the new court lights at the UQ Sport Tennis Centre has been completed. 

The courts are not yet open for hire for night play.  However, the Tennis Club is getting some access for special events, like the much-postponed Autumn Mixed Doubles Tournament.

There are quite a few problems that need to be sorted, as not all the lights are working, and then a lighting audit has to be conducted to check the level and uniformity of the lighting. 

This means, there are still no definite restart dates for Wednesday Night Tennis Practice and Thursday Night Social Tennis.

So, stay tuned for some big announcements about programs restarting.
