All UQ Tennis Club teams will be allocated a Home court at the UQ Sport Tennis Centre. However, Brisbane Night Tennis Association (BNTA) Fixtures are played throughout Brisbane which means some matches will be played at other courts around Brisbane. In most competitions, many 'Away' matches will be played at the UQ Sport Tennis Centre because of the large number of UQ teams.
All NEW Fixture members must be graded. Applicants to play in the BNTA Monday Night Mixed Fixtures must attend one of the following Grading Sessions:
Sunday afternoon, 24 February - 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Monday night, 25 February - 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Wednesday night, 27 February - 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Entries for BNTA Monday Night Mixed Fixtures close on Wednesday, 27 February.
Check the 'Team Selection Policies' on the membership/fixtures application form. Teams will not be formed with the bare minimum of players needed (unless there is a shortage of players of the appropriate standard or gender). Normally, Monday Mixed teams will consist of 3 men & 3 women with 2 men & 2 women playing each week (i.e. each player should play 2 out of 3 weeks).
