Event times: Open event will be played on 13-16 July, Junior & Special events will be pl;ayed on 16-17 & 23-24 July.  Seniors & Grade events will be played in pre-scheduled sessions on 16-17, 23-24 & 30-31 July (check List of Events on printed entry form or the Fact Sheet if entering on-line).

Entries:  Entries for Open Singles & Doubles and Junior events can only be lodged on-line.  Entries for other events can be lodged on-line or using the printed entry form.

On-line entrants in the Round-Robin Grade events, not playing in UQ Tennis Club programs, must supply information about their standard such as their UTR,  ITN and any Fixtures (Competition, Team & Grade).

Entries can be lodged on-line here.  Entries close 3 July.

N.B. When players go to enter on-line, they are asked to create a Tournament account if they don't already have one. To create a Tournament account, players need their 11-digit Tennis Australia My Tennis Player ID Number. Unfortunately, although the Tennis Australia on-line tournament entry system still requires the 11-digit My Tennis Player ID Number, Tennis Australia has stopped issuing Player ID Numbers automatically for new players being registered through My Tennis (as it is switching to using player-e-mail addresses for identification purposes). This means that players who do not have a Player ID Number, or don't remember their number, need to contact Tennis Australia via or 1800 752 983 to obtain their number or have a number created for them (information required - name, unique e-mail address, postal address, birthdate & a phone number).

A printable version of the entry form can be downloaded below but this cannot be used to enter the Open Singles & Doubles and the Junior Singles.  These events must be entered on-line.
