2017 Awesome Autumn Series #1 - Men's Doubles & Ladies' Doubles Tournament

Levels:  Events at 4 levels to cater for players of all standards.

• Open: Open to all levels
• A Grade: Equiv. to or lower than ITN 5 (approx. BNTA P. Res. 1, UQTC A1)
• B Grade: Equiv. to or lower than ITN 6 (approx. BNTA Div. 1, UQTC B1)
• C Grade: Equiv. to or lower than ITN 7 (approx. BNTA Div. 2, UQTC C1)

Eligibility: Entry is restricted to members of The University of Queensland Tennis Club. However, non-members will be granted Restricted Membership of the Club (which includes fee registration with Tennis Queensland) so that everybody can enter.  N.B. A higher entry fee applies for Restricted Members.

Format: Round-Robin, which guarantee all entrants get multiple matches.

N.B. Tennis Australia has made its tournament on-line entry systemneedlessly complicated.  When players go to enter on-line, they are asked to create a ournament account if they don't already have one.  To create a Tournament account, players need their 11-digit Tennis Australia My Tennis Player ID Number.  Unfortunately, although the TA tournament on-line entry system still requires the 11-digit Player ID Number, Tennis Australia as stopped issuing Player ID Numbers automatically for new players being registered through My Tennis (as it is switching to using player e-mail addresses for identification purposes).  This means that players who do not have a Player ID Number, or don'tremember their number need to contact Tennis Australia via play@tennis.com.au or 1800 752 983 to obtain their number or have a number created for them (information required- name ostal address, unique e-mail address, birthdate and a phone number).
